Meditatoday allows each person to join one’s path whatever one’s experience, one’s desires and one’s culture. To participate in the organised meditations, kindly contact the team of one of the cities involved in this global initiative, by mail or by its Facebook page (see rubric “Where ?”). Every Sunday you will find on this site a proposal of a theme of collective meditation concerning an international current event (see rubric “This week !”).

SESSION TYPE – 1 hour

To discover and deepen the basics of individual meditation: Identity, Energetic Structure of the individual, the Weft, Consciousness and the movement of Consciousness, the Ascent, the mental void…

30 minutes
Individual meditation practice.

15 minutes
Collective meditation (on an international current event transmitted every Sunday on this site).

Meditation rules

  • Be up to date with registration and meeting the registration conditions
  • Be on time for meditation, once started the meditation cannot be interrupted. The “doors” close 5 minutes before scheduled time
  • Be dressed in loose and light clothing, take off your shoes and loosen your belt
  • Sit up straight, you must avoid your back touching the chair or wall
  • Avoid changing posture during meditation
  • At the end of meditation, respect the intimacy of the meditators and their silence desire for silence
  • Be rigorous in the sessions in order to obtain concrete results within a reasonable time

Meditation is not closing our eyes to forget the world; but to examine it in consciousness. To meditate is discover what we want to change in ourselves. What we want to share with our family and friends. What we want to build with the collective humanity. Meditate together for an hour every week, all over the world, to regain the desire to face our future.
